When it rains it pours

Since I am doing this I might as well do it all day huh? Ok this is the last one. This is M when we were in B read the first blog of the day. We had goggles and she loved them, anyway she wore them.
These are just some of the new flowers that are coming out and I just love them. They are therapy for me.

Mothers and Daughters

While J and P were at the fathers and sons we went to the Visitors Center with another family. We had a good time. We walked around the temple and then some of the greenbelt and then had lunch at D favorite, Wendy's. I think it will be a new tradition. These are some of the pictures that we took and with such adorable girls, I couldn't help but blog them. This is the landscaping job (at my house) that we have been working on for a long time. We filled in with rocks and then put some plants in. We are hoping that it is low maintenence (haha is there such a thing except for me, I'm fairly low maintence) It is nice to enjoy it now that it is done. I love to walk around our yard and enjoy the flowers that are just starting to open or watch the bee's on them. We have a robin in the basket of flowers on the front door. There are 3 babies and they have been so fun to watch. M wants to see them every time she goes out the door, which is alot. I love the good ol days of summer time. Now that it is here.

Summer Vacation

We went to Boise this last week so J could attend Ag teachers summer conference. We had a great time. D loved that she could chose whatever she wanted for breakfast in the hotel. We swam, shopped, swam, shopped, swam and swam some more. We played at parks and had a great time. It was summer in Boise so the heat felt pretty good, especially when we swam.

Wind Chill in June?

If you went out in our neck of the woods this morning you may have felt what I felt. November. It was so cold. It was 33 degrees and the wind was blowing about 20 mph. This is our garden, or should I say was our garden. I think it is ok. I haven't looked at the beans that close but I think the tomatoes did survive. This is standing at the back door, today, yes June 11 just 11 days until summer. Ha whatever. I don't think it's coming. Standing from the front door. Look at the sad little pots of snow covered flowers. When it is hotter than heck "this Summer" someone please remind me of how "cool" it was in June.
